Return Policy

Return Policy Product (non-digital) :

Please contact before initiating any credit.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be e-mailed to within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error will be reshipped at printer's (Printful) expense and this will be initiated by FrenchieCreationShop upon receipt of your email. Products cannot be returned due to buyer remorse. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to to Printful. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed (if and as applicable).

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods (i.e., shipment box(es) not opened). 
Contact before returning any products. Again, no refunds are issued for buyer's remorse. FrenchieCreationShop will exchange wrong size at our expense. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Return Policy Product (digital):

Digital link sent to customer after purchase. FrenchieCreationShop does not accept returns of digital product. Please email with any concerns. We will either resend a download of the digital product to your provided email address per your request or refund the cost of a damaged download within 30 days of receipt. All downloads are .png compressed zip files and this is stated on all digital product descriptions.
