Return Policy:
Product (non-digital) - Printful Inc. manufactures non-digital product:
Please contact customercare@frenchiecreation.com, attention Scott Bales with any issues concerning your shipment.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to customercare@frenchiecreation.com with attached photo(s)within 30 days after the product(s) has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful's part are covered at Printful's expense through contact with customercare@frenchiecreation.com. Products cannot be returned due to buyer remorse.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once Printful has confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Printful does not accept returns of goods (i.e., shipment box(es) not opened, opened), wrong size(s). Contact customercare@frenchiecreation.com. Again, no refunds are issued for buyer's remorse. FrenchieCreationShop will exchange wrong size shipped due to Printful's error by contacting customercare@frenchiecreation.com. If you ordered the wrong size, FrenchieCreationShop will not refund the item but will send corrected size at our expense, though customer pays any price difference increase if there is one and the postage cost. Contact customercare@frenchiecreation.com. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at customercare@frenchiecreation.com within 30 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photo(s) of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Digital link sent to customer after purchase. FrenchieCreationShop does not accept returns of digital product. Please email customercare@frenchiecreation.com with any concerns. We will either resend a download of the digital product to your provided email address per your request or refund the cost of a damaged download within 30 days of receipt. All downloads are .png compressed zip files and this is stated on all digital product descriptions.
